My family and I were really excited on going on a train ride to my mother’s house.  It was such a long way that driving would be really be difficult for my husband, and aside from that, we were expecting bad weather today.  As last minute preparations, my husband and I decided to purchase tarps to cover our cars during our vacation. Tarps are large sheet of strong, flexible, water-proof materials used to cover anything; the most common types are poly tarps, which derived from the name, are made from polyethylene. They are used for long term and strong protection, thus they were the perfect choice as covers for our cars.

We went to the mall and looked for tarps that will meet our purpose. The tarp that we decided to purchase was located at the large tarps section.  Large tarps were really our number one choice, since we had two cars that needed to be covered and protected from water, UV rays and rotting.  Aside from protection from the weather, they also allow air to circulate beneath them, preventing mold and mildew from forming.  Thus, we were assured that even if we were way out of town, our cars would be perfectly safe and covered.
